Our tutors are carefully selected based on their educational backgrounds, experience working with students, and commitment to helping learners succeed.

Team members have various backgrounds in education, special education, child development, behavioral support, and related fields. In addition to their experience, all tutors receive training and ongoing support to ensure they provide effective, individualized instruction tailored to each student’s needs.

Whether working with general education students, students with IEPs or 504 Plans, foster youth, or individuals developing adaptive daily living and vocational skills, our team is dedicated to creating positive learning experiences that focus on strengths, growth, and independence.

Letter from the Founder

Hello, my name is Mouriann Kleeh, and I am the founder of Abilities Consulting. I created Abilities Consulting with the belief that every student is capable of learning, growing, and succeeding when provided with the right support, encouragement, and individualized approach. At Abilities Consulting, we focus on people’s abilities rather than their disabilities. Our mission is to help students build confidence, strengthen skills, and reach their fullest potential through compassionate, personalized educational support.

My professional background includes experience working in:

Throughout my years working in schools and private educational settings, I saw how many students needed individualized support beyond what could always be provided during the school day.
